Root canal treatment is the cleaning of the root canal space inside of a tooth to save infected or painful teeth. The need for root canal treatment is usually because there is a battle occuring between bacteria inside or around a tooth and your body. Root canal treatment is to clean away that bacteria so your body wins the battle and any associated pain, symptoms or infection resolve. This allows you to keep the tooth for longer which we always recommend versus an extraction if there is enough healthy tooth tissue to predictably restore. His fees are as follows: Incisor/Canine - £650 Premolar - £700 Molar - £750 Redoing of previous root canal treatment - £800 Surgical root canal treatment/ apixoectomy - £750
